I A Richards in this theory of figurative language of literature it is literal language,and two uses of language scientific and emotive.Four kind of misunderstanding in this theory .In this song difference in meaning of words all are imagination and metafarical use of language.This lyrics by Nasir  faraaz.Kabil is a commonly used urdu word which means able capable or worthy,and kaabiliyat has the same root at kaabil and means worthless.
